Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Pure Source, LLC ("Pure Source," "we," "us") provides managed IT, Managed Intelligence, and automation services. This policy covers puresource.com and the assessments, forms, and job applications linked from it. It does not cover the systems we manage for our clients; those are governed by our agreements with each client.

2. What we collect

• Self-assessment and diagnostic: your name, work email, and company, plus your answers and your results.
• Discovery call requests: the form opens an email in your own email app. We receive only what you choose to send: typically your name, work email, company, industry, and a note about your needs.
• Job applications: the details and documents you submit through our application form.
• Email you send us, and anything you include in it.
• Usage data collected automatically, such as the pages you visit, how you found the site, your general location (city or region), and your device and browser type.

Please don't send us patient records, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive data through the website. If a project needs that kind of information, we'll arrange a secure way to share it.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages they view, how they found us, and roughly where they're browsing from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on.

While you work through an assessment, your browser keeps your progress in temporary session storage so you don't lose your place. It's cleared when you close the tab.

4. How we use it

• To send what you asked for, such as your assessment results or report.
• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To review job applications.
• To understand which pages work and improve the site.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business: SuiteDash (our client portal and CRM, which stores assessment contacts, results, and job applications), our email provider, and Google (site analytics). They may use it only to provide their service to us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact and assessment information while we have a business relationship or a reason to follow up, and delete it when you ask us to or when it's no longer needed. Job applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our account.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@puresource.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We protect the information we collect with access controls, encryption in transit, and the same security practices we use for our clients. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

9. Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here and update the effective date above.
