  • Integrated with Wrike so task and project statuses flow bidirectionally — the internal team's workflow and the client portal stay in sync automatically
  • Implemented secure in-portal messaging so clients and team members communicate in context — attached to specific projects or tasks — replacing fragmented email threads
  • Delivered real-time progress dashboards and graphical reports that give clients and leadership instant project visibility without waiting for a manual update
  • Built the platform on Azure serverless infrastructure and SharePoint, so it scales elastically with the client base — adding new clients and projects requires zero infrastructure changes
